Design & Drafting
10% design fee (credited if you build with us). We create detailed shop drawings with bottle counts and cooling plans.
Build
40% deposit to start, then 30% mid-build. Custom racking and cabinet construction in our shop.
Finish & Hardware
Sprayed conversion varnish with soft-close German hinges and slides. Shop visit available.
Install
20% at completion. Professional installation with 1-year warranty on materials and hardware.
