Shop Drawings for a Precise Fit
Every project starts with independent shop drawings ("planitos"). We confirm TV size, soundbar height, speaker clearances, and wall conditions. Two to three quick revision rounds are normal.

10% design fee (credited if you build with us)

40% deposit, then 30% mid-build
Finish & Hardware
Sprayed conversion varnish, soft-close German hinges/slides
Install
20% at completion. You can visit the shop (by appointment) to see your unit assembled and unpainted before install.
